Founded more than 30 years ago by Jacksonville native Ken Atlee, the Atlee Property
Group has remained North Florida's premier land developer, despite ever-present
changes in commercial and residential real estate. Ken’s sons, Mike and Brian, joined
forces with Ken after establishing their careers in other areas of the real estate and
construction industries. With a diverse portfolio of success, including rural sites, single-
family home subdivisions, multi-family townhomes, apartment complexes, and
specialized commercial projects. Ken Atlee, Brian and Mike continue to tailor their business strategies to meet the dynamic and ever-changing needs of the North Florida market and the needs of markets in other nearby geographies.
Projects along the Palm Coast for the Atlee Development Group include picturesque
communities such as Los Lagos, Las Casitas, Surf View, Beach Walk, Beach Park Village and The Grand Reserve and others, while projects in Jacksonville include desirable communities such as SunCoast Crossing, Pine Grove, Asher’s Landing, Crossroads, Layla’s Place and others.
A typical day for the Atlee Property Group is a busy one. Mike and Brian Atlee, who serve as co-founders and Presidents of the company, agree that successful real estate development requires a lot of energy and fastidious attention to detail. Changes are on
